Fractal Audio Systems is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 15-day return period for all hardware products purchased directly from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees.
Request an RMA
Contact our support department within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Pack the item securely in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the package via a trackable carrier with insurance for the full value of the gear.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit for condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
